We visited a wonderful Pumpkin Patch this afternoon run by a local dairy (I didn't know we had dairies here!) There was a cotton seed hill for the kids to play on--sled down, run down, jump etc. Of course a hay ride, pumpkins, a haybale maze, various games and more. One of my favorite things was the fact that beyond the admission fee, everything was pretty much free. A mom's dream! I didn't have to say no to anything my kids wanted to do because of money. It wasn't too busy when we went, which was nice because I could easily keep track of the kids and they pretty much had free reign.
Here's a few random photos. Man, I love being my kids mom. They are such fun and bring me such joy.
Bean: Accountant by day, superdad by night! Lover of all things sports related--especially those Denver Broncos. Often found watering his lawn and the Ringmaster of our three bean sprouts!
Miss Rose
Our one-girl band is energetic and intelligent. She's affectionate and intense. She loves being active, but experiments with her girly side sometimes. A GREAT big sister and our oldest sprout at 7 yrs old.
Gracie-girl
Our little circus monkey is spunky with lots of personality. She hasn't met a stuffed animal she didn't love and loves dresses and tights. She is a true middle child.
Lily Cate
Sweet Lily is mama's baby. She adores her older sisters and copies everything they do. She makes sure she is not forgotten as the littlest sister. She still loves to be held by mama and her magic red blanket is never far from her.
So cute!! I wish we had one of those around here!!
